1. Fix DETOXIFY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart DETOXIFY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DETOXIFY" » Open DETOXIFY - Porn App Blocker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DETOXIFY » click "UPDATE".
- Clear DETOXIFY - Porn App Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DETOXIFY servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DETOXIFY - Porn App Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check DETOXIFY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DETOXIFY might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall DETOXIFY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DETOXIFY then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DETOXIFY not working
2. Fix DETOXIFY Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DETOXIFY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DETOXIFY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DETOXIFY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I would like to delete my account s I found another app that I prefer. It blocks the pop-up inappropriate ads on manga websites better than yours. According to GDPR, you are required to delete any data pertaining to me upon request. I would like my data to be deleted. There is an annual fine of 5% of annul turnovers if you haven't responded in 1 calender month.
