1. Changing to 5 stars! (Original review) I have tried multiple times to use mobile picture deposit, always says"no eligible accounts".The mobile app for TrailheadCU does most everything you need it to but simple info to help processes is missing.
2. This bank is becoming a disgraceOverall smooth sailing! Would be great now with pandemic to increase mobile check deposit max value.
3. Mobile deposit is a little finicky, but works okay in good lighting and with my screen dimmer turned offThis app hardly works.
4. Please expand the services offered by the app, and expand the accessibility.It's good! Only suggestion would to be adding an option to copy routing number and checking number to a clipboard, but that might be a security risk, so, 5 stars.Does everything that I need.
5. Mobile deposit and bill pay works great.
6. The Mobile Deposit page should tell you to write, "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature and what the limit is for deposits, but the app tells neither.
7. I feel very safe with this app as well.UPDATE! The problem was with the credit union's setup, not the developer, the Credit Union has since fixed the problem, an in a few minutes of trying it again, it worked just fine! Problem solved! Thanks to the developer and Credit union.
8. This is the first bank app I've ever used, and the freedom it gives you is unvalueable! It allows me to check my balance so I can purchase something I wasn't planning on, and if need be, transfer money from account to account.
9. Both pieces of information fit easily on the mobile desposit page but TrailheadCU has elected to not share either via the app with the customer.
10. Great if you have only one account, a little clunky for multiple account management.
11. I've had this app at least 6 or 7 years and have never had an app related problem.Works fine for basic banking.
