1. You can check the same info for updating the device without this app by going to Settings, System, About Phone, and System Updates, then Check for Updates at bottom of on WiFi.

2. But all in all worth a few bored minutes.For the UMX device from Assurance it only provides useful info on the IP address that you don't get from the phone's system info itself and memory.

3. And there's in app purchase to get rid of ads !! What a joke,...Don't bother,...just don't !!It's very detailed, goes over all the information you would want to know about the hardware on your phone that makes any relevant sense.

4. As in for updates, the phone manufacturer sends out updates automatically when they develop an update.

5. (it did not update anything.)Useless, they show newer version of Android available but you can't update your device.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix System in Issues

1. Fix System in Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart System in: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the System in App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "System in" » Open System information » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for System in » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear System information app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from System in servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "System information" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check System in app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, System in might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall System in. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall System in then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing System in not working


2. Fix System in Server issues & Internet Connection
