1. when connected up on the store full WiFi and was able to receive the rewards points!! Note that using mobile data I was unable to connect to the app.This app is just too bad I can't put my country number I hade to go get an app from another country number and when I did that and try to verify it it just put me in app storeRefuses to work it wants camera permission which I grant then it wants access to my media, pictures etc on my device, I refuse coz I don't see the need for that Why do you want to access media with camera permissionApp is ok, but has a few issues: 1.

Overall, the app is amazing and very useful.It was a great app until they started sending the ads/notifications/popups for the FAB card - scannig experince is horrible - I dont understand why we need to activate the offer , it should be auto activated and ready to useIt is a waste of time to have this poor application.

3. The websites of them is far better than the applications.Received in store assistance to remedy previous sign up issue! Staff at Yas mall Carrefour were incredibly helpful especially the man on the Nespresso sales.

4. If you signin first time it works but after you signout to signin again with same or different account then you can never login.

5. The camera to scan receipts is warped and is unable to capture images properly.

6. Have to remember the share ID & password, especially when standing at the billing counter when trying to get the barcode.

7. A window opens up and then goes back to app showing the page to sign in again.

8. For sure we want to benefit of all these offers irrespective of the category.

9. It's a miracle that the tram gets some of the amounts correct when processing them.5x installed & uninstalled the app.

10. The rewards are the most miser compared to other loyalty programs.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SHARE Rewards Issues

1. Fix SHARE Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SHARE Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SHARE Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SHARE Rewards" » Open SHARE Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SHARE Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SHARE Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SHARE Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SHARE Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SHARE Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SHARE Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SHARE Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SHARE Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SHARE Rewards not working


2. Fix SHARE Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SHARE Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SHARE Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SHARE Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
