It's handy to make Spot bookings.Hello The app is good but the website has no confidentiality as any one can write down the bl numer and get the information of the parts of the file as well as all the invoices related to the same, while as freight forwarder we should have been protected, no? For instance, in Morocco any broker or customer can access to any kind of information about the file once they have the bl number, is this right to you? You have to work on this issue urgently plzThe notifications aren't working at all.I have been trying to open the app but everytime I do that, a pop up says that there is an update, clicking on which leads me to play store, where there is no option to update the app.

2. Kind regards.despite registration i can't login, it keeps saying wrong id or password, i reset the password but still no use, complete waste of time, IT team should be fired for making such a useless application.

3. Maersk IT team can't even keep a simple app running.Lastest update is whack because signing in isa waste of time.

4. I have been using the app quite extensively in my line of work to keep track of vessel schedules, until the update happened.

5. They even kicked me out of the group .I keep getting log in issues.This I can clearly state has been going on for years.

6. I still can't log in coz of the pin issue, despite updating the up today 15th April 2021Hi Dev Team , The app is getting logout every now & then .

7. Also add the feature to add Free Time Purchase in the Spot System even for your mobile app.

8. Sent IT team details of error about 3 weeks ago and despite a reminder didn't hear from them, this is so unprofessional.

9. You just have to keep registering afresh most of the time.

10. It's good over all other than the above stated issue.

11. Like I said, embarrassing for a company of such status to not have a system that replies to emails in 24hrs or less.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Maersk Issues

1. Fix Maersk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Maersk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Maersk App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maersk" » Open Maersk » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maersk » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Maersk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maersk servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maersk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Maersk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maersk might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Maersk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maersk then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maersk not working


2. Fix Maersk Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maersk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maersk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maersk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
