1. It seems that the developer does not know how to fix the problemWhy remove ability to pick delivery time?? This makes it more difficult for working adults, now can't choose timing when I'll be home, and you didn't deliver within 2 hours as promised!! So can't even time my ordering time, which it self is extra inconvenience! Letting us choose delivery time is BETTER SERVICE, return it!!Since a week i am trying to open this app,but all the times a pop up is showing internet connection not available.I have good internet connection.

Wonder why such a large supernarket chain failing to understand the shortcomings of the app and developers.V v slow, always some problem or other, keeps emptying my cart even when I just put it in, always have to keep placing order coz it keeps showing "error placing order", and money transcation takes so so long, and one time it didn't even go through.

3. I wish for more improvement and ease of use and home delivery timing and tracking.So the app started becoming even worse than befor, so many glitchs it takes me back to log in even tho I just logged in, so many errors I cant order when I needed.

4. Keeps hanging when ever goes to transactions,one time had to chck bank account to see if the order is placed or not, really inconvenient app.

5. Have to keep fingers crossed to go through each step.Not allowing to choose date and time of delivery.

7. Unfortunately no customer service to help.I think that this application does not have any user-friendly features, even if I register and try to login, it gives an error message.
