1. Lastly the app is missing filters to help you search beyond "dress;" you cannot search by a dress length or sleeve length easily.The filter doesn't carry through when scrolling down, alot of features are really inconvenient and frustrating.Nothing functions like it should! Clicking on categories doesn't open anything, app constantly freezes, and very difficult to browse/ add items/view cart, etc.

2. Direct website much better.App won't let me check out! Items sitting in my cart and credit card info already entered, it won't let me move on.love the clothes, i like how the app allows you to like just one color of a garment, not usually an option with other sights.

4. 1) have an option to sort by length of dress 2) when doing a returns it is not app friendly, you have to use a web browser.

5. When I try to add something to my cart it says "sorry, some data is still loading".

6. 3) when filtering or sorting, the icons disappears when you scroll so if you 2 minutes down on a scroll and you want to change your filter you have to scroll all the way back up.

7. When I click add to wish list it says "sorry, some data is still loading".

1. Fix Lulus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lulus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lulus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lulus" » Open Lulus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lulus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lulus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lulus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lulus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lulus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lulus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lulus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lulus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lulus not working

2. Fix Lulus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lulus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lulus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lulus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
