1. I have it set as my front door camera and it doesn't detect all motions.Well I gave it 5 stars to start now down to 2 stars.

2. The app now drains my battery with the constant glitches, and the camera notifications have gotten so frequent that I get an alert when dust flies.

3. Thanks to the good service & getting the update, my doorbell is great.I'm very impressed with the quality of these cameras and the app.

5. It loses connection so often that I can't even view video playback! It has also been turning the status light on randomly on its own! Very disappointed in this app and I will not be recommending to anyone else unless these issues are fixed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix blurams Issues

1. Fix blurams Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart blurams: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the blurams App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "blurams" » Open blurams » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for blurams » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear blurams app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from blurams servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "blurams" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check blurams app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, blurams might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall blurams. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall blurams then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing blurams not working


2. Fix blurams Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make blurams be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to blurams not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, blurams may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have an issue with your app while is running in android, after connected the data rate is showed (80kb x sec) the controls are enabled but the camera view i dark. I bought the product dome lite 2, im using the app in a motorola e7i power and it has android 10, in 30 tries i was able to see correctly the video just 2 times; but in other phone with android 9 there is not occuring the issue; where can i get an older version of your app?; i bought your product through amazon, and I don't want to give negative ratings.
