Why should I report an Issue with Maps for Minecraft PE?

Edit:Sometimes i download a map and when i play it it says checking map i would wait for it but it just keeps loading i waited very long and it still just loading then i deleted the map and download it again but it still the same pls fix this i want play other maps some of the maps i download works fine but the others dont for an unknown reason the texture packs work but other maps dont...This is a great app but a lot of times I go in there was a add and went to on the map I was about to download there was a add then when I hit download it does not let me because there was no adds... The adds are fine is that it been doing this alot of times and my internet connection is fineThis is a great app, u can get many maps here, but the problem is that some of the maps cant be opened in mcpe once downloaded , pls update the maps to 1.17 But on everything else theres no problem.

When I looked at the thumbnail of the maps, it looks pretty cool and I wanted to download it.

Thank you:)It's Really good at first I doubted it but when I tried it it works so so smoothly perfect for ANY mcpe player I really do recommend it Plus it's a quick and easy installation it doesn't change anything on any of your worlds and doesn't delete them either!.Its good but it does not sometimes download and mt minecraft is Bedrock.Edition pls fix it.

4. This is a very bad game coz yu have to download every map and play,and the ads to much I cannot take them,so I am telling you,but it's your choice if you want those problems,and If you start the game it takes long to load, very bad 🤞🤞😭😭ᕙ ( ⇀ ‸ ↼ ‶ ) ᕗIt is very nice, it has some potentials.

1. Fix Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maps" » Open Maps for Minecraft PE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maps for Minecraft PE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maps for Minecraft PE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maps not working

2. Fix Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
