Why should I report an Issue with Maps for Minecraft PE?

Thank YouOther maps that I downloaded doesn't work, I click the "Sort by Version" and pick the 1.16 cause I have 1.16 Minecraft, and when the download is done I click play well it works fine it will make me go to minecraft and I click play in Minecraft, the map is in the list of my worlds and when I click that map it said it is in a newer version.

2. 2/5Great App!! Have alot of ads But still Great I wish you Add more maps there😊and also there's this bug on some of the maps🙁that really Annoys me!! When you install it and go to Minecraft and open it it says there a much newer ver of the map but my version is 1.16 But a really great App that makes my Minecraft exciting 😁👌.......Hey there! I am the creator of the map called "Unfair Villager", and the version that you use on my map is kinda the first one, and it is buggy.

3. Great and all but tone down with ads.uhmm, well it works fine, but when i downloaded horror maps, idk, it won't work, it would always say "Checking Download, this might take a while", and i was waiting amd mothimg happens, do you think this is a bug? or somethings really wrong.

I would gladly give you 5 stars if you can do that.Yes we could accept the fact that this is a good map because of the worlds but can you add more medieval cities/castles and more creations because it's hard to find one and when i found one it doesn't have any interiors and I'm not that type of a survival like or parkours just add some medieval maps in there.

6. There's an ad per button I press, and you need to pay coins to download maps???? This sucks.

7. I like creations and builds so most of the maps that weren't locked away by a pay wall didn't interest me at all.

1. Fix Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maps" » Open Maps for Minecraft PE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maps for Minecraft PE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maps for Minecraft PE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maps not working

2. Fix Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
