1. I got it to work once, the next day short cut just takes me to my regular camera with no ability to encrypt automatically even with permission Secondly shortcut itself is problematic (calculator) I put it one place but phone restart moves it all the way to an empty screen creating a new screen I have to manually move it back every restartLimit of 3000 files in one folder.

6. The videos are nowhere to be found on my phone or the app, so I guess they got deleted... The recovery option doesn't find them either.

7. App worked great when it did work on my old phone.Like the encryption and safety as well as the ability to organize.

8. I'd come back to this app if these features are ever implemented.This is a good app, but the problem is that when you export files, you don't see them right away.

9. If it's only one video in the folder, then it should be loop.App No Longer Works and pics do not fully restore.

10. Slow to open the collection in the first place then slow again to access a file.

1. Fix Hide Photos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hide Photos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hide Photos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hide Photos" » Open Hide Photos: LOCKED Calculator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hide Photos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hide Photos: LOCKED Calculator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hide Photos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hide Photos: LOCKED Calculator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hide Photos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hide Photos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hide Photos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hide Photos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hide Photos not working
