1. It played & I could hear the audio, but the screen was black with some sort of square in the Middle with an arrow pointing to the right... I double tapped, and other such things and nothing happened... downloaded a second time about a year later and still have the same problem! A year later I decided to give this a 2nd chance.

9. And the bonus of no ads is a certain plus for me.It recorded video fine but audio... Audio uses the microphone so , it will catch background noise unless you want the clip to be completely silent.

1. Fix Ez Screen Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ez Screen Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ez Screen Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ez Screen Recorder" » Open Ez Screen Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ez Screen Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ez Screen Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ez Screen Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ez Screen Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ez Screen Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ez Screen Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ez Screen Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ez Screen Recorder then reinstall.
