1. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, updated the app but still the same results.No ways to get your info out of the app without cloud sync? The app itself and the onetouch Go I purchased seem to do technically what they advertise on the box, but without any way to get the data out and into a different fitness app like Google Fit this device is marginally useful and I'd rather go back to my previous ancient LG G watch that doesnt even have heartrate tracking but at least integrates with everything I'd ever theoretically might consider using, and thats great because that means it keeps its value much longer, whereas this is maybe worth half the 40 euros I paid for it due to its lacking integration options.Update the app to work with Android Pie.

2. It would be 4.5 stars other wise.BlessingsWhat the hell is wrong with this app it keeps disconnecting from my watch even though my phone bluetooth is still connected, It defeats the purpose for having the app as the only reason I got it was to receive notifications and that's no happening.

3. You need to get your developers to fix that for the Google Fit to be able to sync to it.None of the phone notifications appear on the watch.

4. The only thing I can do is basically connect my watch via bluetooth (via connectivity settings) to update the time and date on the watch and do the 'Find my phone' functionality.

5. At least have some responsibility.This app worked perfectly on my Alcatel and Samsung S6 Edge, I have changed to the Samsung A7 (Android 8.0.0 installed) and the app does not even want to open, hence no notifications gets sent to my watch.

6. And I really like my One Touch watch and would definetely like to properly make use of it... So...Update it! Thanks!It would have been better to be able to link it to Google Fit.

7. Afterwards, the notifications showed, except for Gmail and SMS.I was thinking my new phone was faulty but now i know im not the only one with bluetooth and the notifacation issue.

8. The new picture face up date is wicked the watch needs more pixels but its great for what it is just hurry up and fix the fault.

9. Also please fix having to resync the watch to the device every two minutes.This new version of App is really disappointing and pathetic.

10. That time i was able to connect it to Bluetooth, get all the notifications properly.

11. There are Bluetooth connectivity issues also no notifications coming.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Onetouch Move Issues

1. Fix Onetouch Move Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Onetouch Move: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Onetouch Move App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Onetouch Move" » Open Onetouch Move » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Onetouch Move » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Onetouch Move app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Onetouch Move servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Onetouch Move" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Onetouch Move app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Onetouch Move might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Onetouch Move. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Onetouch Move then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Onetouch Move not working


2. Fix Onetouch Move Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Onetouch Move be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Onetouch Move not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Onetouch Move may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
