This is EXTREMELY frustrating, especially since I pay a LOT for this product and rely on it every day for quick, accurate, up to date info.Interactions section won't download or update dispite the multiple efforts of unistalling and redownloading the app, "HTTP 400 Client Error Bad Request" error message appears.

2. My institution wastes money on access to this app.Very disappointed..cant use interaction checker, database will not download and keep getting HTTP error!!the app keeps crashing as soon as I try to type anything in the search bar.

1. Fix Uptodate Lexidrug Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Uptodate Lexidrug: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Uptodate Lexidrug App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Uptodate Lexidrug" » Open Uptodate Lexidrug » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Uptodate Lexidrug » click "UPDATE".
