Why should I report an Issue with Photo Map?

1. Keeps asking me to download my android location history which makes no sense because my photos weren't taken in conjunction with this phone.

2. I would like the exact same but for all photos :) In full gallery the button is obvious but with no cloud support :( KUDOS: for your help!!! less than a couple of hours.

8. Updated: the only gridview button I could find is for a specific location, in that case all the photo of that selected location shows in grid view.

11. First of all they trick you by not telling you it's a trial version until AFTER you do all the work to import your location history.

1. Fix Photo Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Map" » Open Photo Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Map not working

2. Fix Photo Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
