1. A private vault should simply be able to keep photos, videos and documents!Advice to Devs: Add in a option to hide apps from your app list so that they're only accessible thru lockit, and this thing will be something worth paying for! And a no brainer for free! Constructive Criticism: Add screen matching for the unlock screen option.

2. Lockit also didn't alert me that there was a setting where you could set locking to every time so that the lock screen on that locked app would show up every time But even that doesn't cover the app 100% of the time but does mostly resolve the issue.

3. Looking forward for more updates!One day morning after restarting my phone, I opened the app but all of my photos and videos are gone! It is not visible in the app but the.kcol files are still there! And it doesn't allow me to lock media files anymore!! Please fix this!!! Update: I decided to uninstall the app.

4. Then when I reopen it , it doesn't ask for the password or pattern and easily lets me in , this remains until I press the home or back button when I re-enter the app , I'm using a SM-T231.I really liked this app to put pictures, videos and other apps out of reach of my kids.

1. Fix LOCKit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LOCKit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LOCKit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LOCKit" » Open LOCKit - App Lock, Photos Vault, Fingerprint Lock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LOCKit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LOCKit - App Lock, Photos Vault, Fingerprint Lock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LOCKit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LOCKit - App Lock, Photos Vault, Fingerprint Lock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LOCKit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LOCKit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LOCKit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LOCKit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LOCKit not working

2. Fix LOCKit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LOCKit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LOCKit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LOCKit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
