1. has the potential to be the best neon photo editor on playstore, but there is 1 major poor implimentation and bug, we can not controll the layering order, also the most annoying is that when ever i import a new image this app just colors every part of the imported image, so so so annoying, i feel like giving 1* because of this bug, because i actually bought the layering unlock, overall there is nothing special about this apo, but if this changes i pointout are added is clearly the best neon appAll the effects are great.

HHD photos turn into cheap quality pictures.apps is nice but need more work like apps interface is not understandable for everyone and it shoud have rendu and undu feature and change app options they are so rushed add some freely menu so its easy to use featureThe app is awesome, i think it's need to be more simple and easy to use like "Snapseed" by Google.

Simply add backward and forward buttonsIts a great app,you should definitely try it it wont dissapoint you but a few things bothered me one of them was there are almost no stylish fonts and i hope the developers add fonts and the option to select gradient colours by choice even if it's premium.really difficult to figure out how to use properly.

1. Fix Neon Effects Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neon Effects: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neon Effects App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neon Effects" » Open Neon Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neon Effects » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neon Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neon Effects servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neon Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neon Effects app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neon Effects might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neon Effects. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neon Effects then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neon Effects not working

2. Fix Neon Effects Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neon Effects be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neon Effects not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
