1. This happens every updatefirst time user and I can say that this app looks good 👍 easy to navigate and everything in orderGreat to have virtually all our daily tools in one pla ce!the customer service is very helpful and polite.EDIT: uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the fuel-discounts issue, but load search still shows loads that do not fit my saved search criteria.

2. After that everything doest work and cannot see my acout normally I have recorded short clips what's bugging please contact me so I can helpBefore & after latest update trying to save search so I can set up load alerts.

3. It's hard enough finding loads, and this latest experience has been dreadful!!If you're going to keep updating, at least make it work better not worse.

4. All in all when the app is working fine its a great and easy app.Something is wrong with newest update 04,29,2023 loads won't refresh .

6. It would be awesome that when a load is booked the system would remove it from the board,I know that agent should remove it but some don't.

1. Fix LandstarOne Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LandstarOne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LandstarOne App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LandstarOne" » Open LandstarOne » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LandstarOne » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LandstarOne app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LandstarOne servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LandstarOne" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LandstarOne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LandstarOne might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LandstarOne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LandstarOne then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LandstarOne not working

2. Fix LandstarOne Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LandstarOne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LandstarOne not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LandstarOne may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
