It is not the first time to face this issue with them, I use click and collect service and I drive to the collect point to find a faulty item being delivered to me there !!!! very bad online shopping experience, they are wasting our shopping efforts and time 😡It's a easy to use app, except when you go to favourites and you want to go back to favourites it goes back to the main menu.

You paid the full price and after all they will give you a 100aed voucher for the missing item.. stupid and ridiculous!!!!Another app that cheats you to download it with incorrect offers: download the app and get 15% using B S15, but after you do, and apply the code, you get error message that its valid only on certain items!! SCAMMy order just arrived, but there is partly missing.

3. Don't know what's wrong with it.Many times I order an item and I receive a different item, totally different than the displayed image.

4. It's frustrating since if you want to go through what you liked and add them to your cart, you have to press back menu, favourite then scroll to your item.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Babyshop - محل الأطفال » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Babyshop - محل الأطفال app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Babyshop - محل الأطفال" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
