1. Also a great feature would be the ability to reschedule or cancel existing inspections.The app crashes about once a month, but the info is really helpful when the app doesnt crashSame nonsense as everyone else, inspection scheduling is non existent on Android anymore.

2. Mornings are the worst, whats the point of the app if it cant handle mass users at once.What a joke this city has become.

3. I used to be able to request inspections through the app, now I just get error messages and need to do it on their website.

9. With billions of dollars coming in yearly from permit fees, they can't even develop an app that works properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LADBS Go Issues

1. Fix LADBS Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LADBS Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LADBS Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LADBS Go" » Open LADBS Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LADBS Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LADBS Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LADBS Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LADBS Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LADBS Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LADBS Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LADBS Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LADBS Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LADBS Go not working


2. Fix LADBS Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LADBS Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LADBS Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LADBS Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
