1. :)Movies are translated mostly to occupant kacapien language, also ALL natgeo and discovery channels! I wouldn't pay only for that even one grn per month! Movies and channel language can't be selected to different.Playing recorded programs is not smooth and can jump to different part of the video from time to time and therefore can't be comparable with playing same video on youtube.

2. When I out of home, and my wife want to switch on TV, she need always ask me for an access code.Thank you for adding language and subtitle track selection features (I only wish there was more content that supported switching to English) and picture-in-picture mode.

3. can't register with phone number, input literally does not work, no numbers appear when I'm typing, and when tapping the field, cursor appears only for split secondIn general, usable application for TV.

10. Now, only background playback mode is left to make this app great.

1. Fix Kyivstar TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kyivstar TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kyivstar TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kyivstar TV" » Open Kyivstar TV: HD movie, cartoon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kyivstar TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kyivstar TV: HD movie, cartoon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kyivstar TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kyivstar TV: HD movie, cartoon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kyivstar TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kyivstar TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kyivstar TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kyivstar TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kyivstar TV not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kyivstar TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
