1. Not worth the time to even download this app.Cant size photo to match background b4 a purchase! Nowhere to adjust pic or background...making it look totally crappy..baaaad photoshop!! No good preview just pick a pic and background and let them fix it! Pay 1st no preview! No thanks at least let me preview what I'm gonna purchase!Why is the editing so expensive.

2. Now it slaps the whole square image on a background and has you submit and pay for it without even seeing what it looks like? I have another app that I will be using now that this one has changed.

3. I didn't take any professional photos of my daughter who first two years of her life but with this app I just sent in a photo of her and it came back amazing.

4. It would be so much more convenient if I could save my favorites! I know there must be an option on a computer, because even on the app it shows how many people favorited a background.

9. I used it monthly for my son's first 12 months them 4 times during his second 12 months now it's just occasionally but I love the app.It's terrible.

1. Fix Krome Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Krome Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Krome Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Krome Studio" » Open Krome Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Krome Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Krome Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Krome Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Krome Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Krome Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Krome Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Krome Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Krome Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Krome Studio not working

2. Fix Krome Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Krome Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Krome Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Krome Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
