1. I think it is great that KPN does not oblige us to purchase a 10 euro balance every 6 months.The app keeps forgetting my phone number and login details, which makes it increadibly painful to use.
2. awful app, asks for a phone number and no keyboard Edit: Since initial review I've got reply that keyboard should appear when tapped on the input.
3. And top-up doesn't work: it hangs, then sends a message that SMS top-up is not possible because "you have reached the limit" without saying what limit, *and* I'm not trying to top up using SMS.
4. Reinstalling brought the screen where I have to give in my mobile number in order to receive a code per SMS, an SMS that's never received.
5. Edit: no longer crashes or freezes upon startup, however I cannot top up using iDeal (unknown error message prompt).
6. Tried multiple times tapping, long tapping, double-tapping, and other fancy dances, the focus by default is in the input field and tapping makes no difference.
7. P.S. have yet to receive said SMS in response Edit 2: still doesn't boot; stuck on logo screen.
8. And this is not the first time this app doesn't work! Additionally the texts are written in abominable English.
9. Since the laptop modem cannot receive SMS I always have to build-out the Sim card and put it in a phone to register the app again.
10. You have to authenticate too many times with your phone number (why not once?) Authentication text is very slow.
11. It has become so bad that the even the app itself now gets stuck on the loading screen (meaning I can't check my balance on prepaid/data) .
