This is a technical difficulty that needs to get fixed.It's the best pomodoro app... because of its great & excellent features..I've loved it... literally I was in search of an app which would have great features and would have white noise with it...& I'd got this wonderful app...with smooth features in it....great applause to uuh guys...hats of to you..🎩!Hi, this App is good and easy... but why is it not giving the alert when the time is over.. Can someone help me to sort this out thank you..Exactly what I needed.

2. Just one issue, I can't select a background with music :(Seriously no premium version so I'm forced to watch ads? First time I've rated an app 1 star because I wanted to pay for it! Get me a paid version and I'm here.

3. There use to be an option to change the volume of the background noise without impacting the whole device's volume but it got removed.A no-nonsense app that delivers what it promises.

1. Fix Pomodoro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pomodoro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pomodoro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pomodoro" » Open Pomodoro : + White noise » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pomodoro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pomodoro : + White noise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pomodoro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pomodoro : + White noise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pomodoro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pomodoro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pomodoro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pomodoro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pomodoro not working

2. Fix Pomodoro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pomodoro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pomodoro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pomodoro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
