Why should I report an Issue with EpocCam - Webcam for PC and Mac?

I also tried to pro version, same issue (I uninstalled it 2 minutes after so I was able to get a refund)Wanted to use this as a web camera until mine arrived , simple set up , driver installation through windows 10 is easy , it's a little annoying that it uses the rear camera and won't change its position with auto rotate , but honestly it shouldn't be expected to be hd or as good as a standalone webcam ... I closed the application and the resolution and quality actually got better when I reopened it , allows for discord recording whilst still using my headset , for a free app it's very goodThe phone and PC applications work almost flawlessly.

2. Using OBS or some other recording software works better to set up the camera position.I tried to used it by both the methods with usb and my phone WiFi(connected the PC also to this) but it doesn't work either way.

3. That being said the video works reasonably well with zoom on mac without any configuration functionalityThe concept is dope however it's missing the 3 option to switch from the back camera to the front camera and the mirror option and the light option.

4. It also does not have the front facing camera feature it claims to have.Worked once and after that it always got stuck on "Searching for server".

5. If I could then I would have given zero star.Lags when it does work and the rest of the time it gives horrible bars on the video.

6. DroidCam is far better than this camera CONNECTS & WORKS! EpocCam is just a WASTE of time.

7. So what can I say, even if it's cheap, it does not seem to work well for my setup.It simply doesn't work, can't have the USB connection, there's no button on the interface, only wifi.

8. There is no way that I can see to orient the video or change to front facing camera.

9. There is also a slight delay and visual distortion that occurs whenever the camera is moved or the peraon moves thats in the camera shot.

10. I'm was able to connect the camera with OBS but not the microphone.

1. Fix EpocCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EpocCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EpocCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EpocCam" » Open EpocCam - Webcam for PC and Mac » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EpocCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EpocCam - Webcam for PC and Mac app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EpocCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EpocCam - Webcam for PC and Mac" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EpocCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EpocCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EpocCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EpocCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EpocCam not working

2. Fix EpocCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EpocCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EpocCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EpocCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
