Why should I report an Issue with Kids Browser - SafeSearch?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'm sitting here thinking yo this might actually help blocked and restricting online access but this only works on the app and not your normal web browser such an easy work around that it doesn't serve its purposeDoes not do a good job of blocking sites at all.

2. Doesn't seem to update shortcuts to white listed sites into the associated parental control app...it seems like it would be exactly what I'm looking for if the software actually acted the way I would expect it to...soooo much trouble.Completely useless very disappointed and would love a refund.

3. I also created my own blacklist and added different URLs which i couldn't do in other apps because they just block domains not URLs .and developer was so helpful about a question i asked .I recommend it to all who care about their kidsThis is great and I am going to stick with it.

10. you could implement this easily but you choose not to so you can collect email addresss.I've tried almost all the applications about parental controlling and safe browsing on the web .

1. Fix Kids Browser Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Browser: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Browser App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Browser" » Open Kids Browser - SafeSearch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Browser » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Browser - SafeSearch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Browser servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Browser - SafeSearch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Browser app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Browser might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Browser. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Browser then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids Browser not working

2. Fix Kids Browser Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kids Browser be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kids Browser not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kids Browser may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
