1. Problem I'm having is getting the Mobile & Doorbell, to be on at the same time... (Trying two phones)... Not easy, they should write it up... Good Luck...Your app dont have a page to setup my doorbell I'm looking at my setup and installation guide and none of the features are there😡 total waste of time I would not evergive you my business!!!Customer service non-existent.

2. Unless the developer can offer a solution i would not recommend this product.Useless app ... Just advertising for the product i already have, BUT DOESN'T CONNECT TO ... DELETEDIt will not connect to my fone cannot return them as out of box!A complete waste of time app.

3. I got the doorbell thinking I would try it out with a view to adding a home security camera but now I will look into Amazon Blink instead, maybe even switch over the doorbell too.Just bought this new doorbell the problem is that I'm a novice when it comes to all this computer stuff .

4. To open it up .I cannot install the software on my phone, Samsung S7 Edge, as there is no setup option available on the app.

1. Restart Ring Video Doorbell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
