1. I very much approve of this app.I'm unclear exactly how this thing works, and that concerns me a bit It fires up any time I put my phone on the charger... Day or night I am on my home wifi... I have yet to see if it turns on in the car when I plug the charger in... I never use all my data each month but that doesn't mean I want to risk it while driving I was under the impression the app only runs at night (I am in the US, if that matters)... But there is no way to set a schedule that allows it to run only during certain hoursHave used this app off and on since it first started.

2. Is there any on/off switch or setting of work between this time range only? If not it would make a huge improvement.Great app but why does it keep saying zero calculations after hours being on? I have looked in the help section of the site and am finding no answers on that issue.

3. What could be simpler than plugging in your charger, selecting a research project, and letting your phone handle the rest? It's great to see that apps and websites like exist.

4. After that one time, I do t have to touch it again until the next optimization.The idea is amazing and very productive, but I normally charge my phone on a regular basis, not only during the night, and cant prevent the app from working automatically.

5. The one nitpick I have with it, is if I optimize my phone with the Device Care, I will have to open the app manually next time to get it to work.

6. That's a good thing to prevent damage to the phone and/or battery, but perhaps throttle the CPU's a bit to allow some computation, rather than none at all due to the app being paused.

7. Not entirely sure how it works but know I can plug in and charge without data breach after all these years.Each user of this app is sent a small part of a problem.

1. Fix DreamLab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DreamLab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DreamLab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DreamLab" » Open DreamLab - Powering Research » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DreamLab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DreamLab - Powering Research app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DreamLab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DreamLab - Powering Research" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DreamLab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DreamLab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DreamLab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DreamLab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DreamLab not working

2. Fix DreamLab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DreamLab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DreamLab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DreamLab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
