Lately none of the Audio file can download fully.So beautiful , and so easy to navigate and it's free Everything has been categorized which makes for easy searches and finds ,you can download sermons and even add your favorites,it's just beautiful, even the way the app itself looks is just beautiful Also there are no ads, it's literally full of God's word , so amazing Kindly asking if the sermon number can be put in the description box of the words of this life so we can listen to the full sermon as wellIt's one app with good content but the sermons and worship moment songs keep stopping as someone is listening.There's no download option for offline listening,I think the bugs need to be fixed.

2. Otherwise, thank you for the good work 🙏Its a very,very good app bytheway and I like the option for downloading the audio sermons and am humbly requesting for download option for the videos too.

3. Then there's a bug that keeps stalling the sermons as one listens...otherwise it's beautiful work put together.Lately, I can't seem to download the audio sermons.

5. Though I loose sound in the middle of the sermon and the only I can make it stop is Uninstalling and re installing againThe app is way better..... what an upgrade.... beautiful work by the tech team.

1. Fix Phaneroo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phaneroo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phaneroo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phaneroo" » Open Phaneroo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phaneroo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phaneroo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phaneroo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phaneroo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phaneroo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phaneroo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phaneroo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phaneroo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phaneroo not working

2. Fix Phaneroo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phaneroo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phaneroo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phaneroo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
