1. I have reduced my rating to 1star because there is no option to reduce it to a big 0 ratingDear Development Team, After password reset (which was suggested by the school staff ) I am not able to re-login with my id and new password.

2. If this continues then it will be difficult to make children sit for online classes.It's been 2 and a half months I wrote my last review, and there is a response from the team as they are working and will fix.

3. Even after uninstalling & reinstalling it, the App never starts & gets crashed every time.... It doesn't even goto Login screen.

4. Main purpose we need the filter is to filter the academic classes which are compulsory for which your app has all filtering options apart from compulsory option.

5. This is very frustrating when we need to login for online classes.Some features are good but some features need to improve.

6. 3+ mandatory updates released still team is not capable of adding filter option for completed classes.

7. When yiu try to attempt the homework online, the pages are so rich that it doesnt open at all and needs a laptop to be done.

1. Fix Eduvate Parent Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eduvate Parent Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eduvate Parent Portal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eduvate Parent Portal" » Open Eduvate Parent Portal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eduvate Parent Portal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eduvate Parent Portal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eduvate Parent Portal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eduvate Parent Portal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eduvate Parent Portal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eduvate Parent Portal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eduvate Parent Portal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eduvate Parent Portal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eduvate Parent Portal not working
