KENWOOD DSP CONTROL Customer Insights

1. Many function do not work like memory does not retain, memory reset does nothing, sync with Google Drive errors out, and the app has to be forced close or it will reopen on it's own.

2. It sits in my notification bar until I restart the phone or force close.Disappointing. Doesn't work on Galaxy Note 10+ or Galaxy 8 Active.

3. Reset doesn't function, memories don't function, and app stays open or reopens after closing.

4. Also, it doesn't look like the developer not involved with app as it appears to not have been updated in a while.App is ok but could be more user friendly.. Where is the exit button.

5. An then it's iffy.this company needs to hire a real app development team, almost every one of your apps are absolute garbage and are going to cause car accident's!!Junk.

6. Reset button doesn't work.

7. I would like to see functionality added that will allow one to turn off individual speakers so that one can tune each speaker individually.

8. Doesn't work well with my unit.

9. Uploading to Google drive then downloading to another device leaves all of the frequencies above 63 Hz set to the lowest positions.

10. Yes, you can select an individual speaker to tune, but you can not shut off the remaining speakers to do so.

11. The DSP 600 randomly turns off and will only power back on after removing the fuses and refreshing the Maestro control module.
