If that issue was fixed, it would get more stars from me.This app USED to work great with my stereo ( KDC-BT562U ) , but recently the stereo stopped being able to control the app on the phone ( SAMSUNG GALAXY A51 5G with Android 12 ) and now I have to manually start and change songs from the app itself , instead of controlling everything from my stereo and it's remote control ... What happened to the app Kenwood ?? ... PLEASE fix this issue , tyvm and God BlessEXCELLENT! Downloaded this to try with my Kenwood stereo.

2. Played local files on phone, but phone was needed to control so Android auto or web link would be the thing to use for the driver.Has nothing to do with my Kenwood, but is one of the best music organization/players I've ever seen.

3. I regret the day I even heard the name Kenwood.Why can't I find a way to connect my Moto Z force to my DPX7928H via USB? when I first got it they connected fine.

4. I find that kind of funny because google play music displays it just fine but the Kenwwod app wont display info to a Kenwwod unit.

1. Fix KENWOOD Music Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KENWOOD Music Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KENWOOD Music Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KENWOOD Music Control" » Open KENWOOD Music Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KENWOOD Music Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KENWOOD Music Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KENWOOD Music Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KENWOOD Music Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KENWOOD Music Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KENWOOD Music Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KENWOOD Music Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KENWOOD Music Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KENWOOD Music Control not working

2. Fix KENWOOD Music Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KENWOOD Music Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KENWOOD Music Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KENWOOD Music Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
