Why should I report an Issue with DM Smart DSP?

1. For this, a Bluetooth dongle attached to the processor via its Option Port is required.

1. Freezes on bluetooth connection screen after typing in pw.. Also having issues with low frequencies.. the bass control knob doesnt increase at the same level as before, as if the DSP is lowering the bass output.. A useful feature to would be the ability to lock the EQ area as quite often moving the frequency slider, moves the vertical scroll of the window..Better off using USB to PC.

2. Dont buy an audiocontrol dsp unless you WANT to be frustrated and unable to use a piece of equipment which now costs nearly $1000 with the Bluetooth adapter.The AC-BT24 is nothing more than a waste of time and money.

3. And not positive, but when i did BT to my phone it automatically changed all my settings to an older saved tune which can be VERY bad for my current setupGot the Bluetooth tooth adapter.

4. Seems like you have to connect to it via the app first, then try to connect via Bluetooth.

5. Seems to be more reliable at connecting now and kudos to the other updates that were wanted and extremely useful.Bluetooth is OK, but could be better.

6. When I do BT connect its harder to fine tune with the sliders, won't let you dial in numbers with the keypad, and won't let you adjust certain parameters at all.

7. Since the newest update, i CANNOT use my$750+ dsp because it comes up as a dm810 which wont connect to my dm608.

1. Fix DM Smart DSP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DM Smart DSP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DM Smart DSP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DM Smart DSP" » Open DM Smart DSP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DM Smart DSP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DM Smart DSP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DM Smart DSP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DM Smart DSP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DM Smart DSP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DM Smart DSP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DM Smart DSP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DM Smart DSP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DM Smart DSP not working

2. Fix DM Smart DSP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DM Smart DSP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DM Smart DSP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DM Smart DSP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
