1. I am in a long distance international relationship that requires video calls and I have used no less than six different apps this is by far the very best!!! It has a bunch of awesome features where you can sit there and doodle and draw and type messages and put Emojis right on the video conference, and both parties can see everything you're doing in real-time this is by far the best app!!!This app is great, it is perfect for someone like me who's phone doesn't allow them to video call, the fun games you can do while calling are great when a friend has to go and stays on call! It can sometimes be a little slow, and takes a while to load but other than that this app is amazing.

2. Also: you can opt of of the app (just don't close it) when you are on a call! Pretty amazing♥ 4 stars.Overall I like it alot! The best part is you don't have to give out your number to others! You can send voice clips to others , pictures, videos , make calls , video call , and more.

4. Video and Voice calls constantly drops or looking for a better connection, it doesn't give all the points earned, and sometime the app doesn't let the user answer the phone when someone is calling because of a blank screen.

5. When I'm making a call, I have to mash the call button about 20 times while it rings once and gives me the message that the other person is "temporarily unavailable".

6. But sadly I can only call them when I am at my home or in my front/back yeard, because when I get to the end of my street my wifi connection stops working and I can't make phone calls.

1. Fix JusTalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JusTalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JusTalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JusTalk" » Open JusTalk - Video Chat & Calls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JusTalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JusTalk - Video Chat & Calls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JusTalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JusTalk - Video Chat & Calls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JusTalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JusTalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JusTalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JusTalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JusTalk not working

2. Fix JusTalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JusTalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JusTalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JusTalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
