1. Free version does not provide you with all the fancy options like joker sets and pyramid but it still has all the basics.the accessory workout section should be assigned with weight according to the user's data.
2. No weight tracker..Simple app, but the ads block the 5th set, which is annoying.best tool in my toolbox, I encourage all of my clients to upload the app and use it religiously.works dose what it says on the tin.
3. I also disabled the audible alarm, sadly that doesn't stop the app maximising the volume on my phone so spotify deafens me if I don't physically stop the countdown myself.
4. It's things like this that stop me buying the pro version.It is decent.
5. :)Slow transitioning between windows,no options to select 3 days/week workouts.
6. I discovered it by chance when I accidentally pressed it while putting my phone down.
7. Decent idea, poorly executed.
8. There's an option next to each lift to remove or minus it from your workout.
9. Other than that, superb for beginner like me.
