1. A waste of time!I love it, just I wish to make it easier to delete photos at the preview time I have to start over again the album because accidentally clicked on two pictures that I didn't want there.

2. My only disappointment was the lack of glossy pages as an option.+ Nice album and good delivery - But I ordered a photo album 30×30 (with 170mg paper) and I paid 70€.

3. The big downside is swaping pictures which is literally impossible! What it is missing: a larger size (large square for example), premium paper option, zooming and croping pictures, picture swaping, more cover layouts.

4. It won't let me deselect any of the auto loaded photos that it put onto the cover which is super annoying! Hoping it can get fixed soon!I spent a lot if time selecting photos and it suddenly cut out and went back to the beginning.

1. Fix Journi Print Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Journi Print: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Journi Print App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Journi Print" » Open Journi Print - 5min Photo Book » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Journi Print » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Journi Print - 5min Photo Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Journi Print servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Journi Print - 5min Photo Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Journi Print app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Journi Print might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Journi Print. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Journi Print then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Journi Print not working

2. Fix Journi Print Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Journi Print be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Journi Print not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Journi Print may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
