1. I click on the app then it just closes out then says app stopped working tried a couple times and tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't workMy girlfriend absolutely loves the fact I can control her toy when we not together (apparently I can make her legs go numb 🙂) the only issue is that I have to recreate the vibe pattern every time we connect,unless I'm missing something as none of the preset or custom patterns are available while using remote connection.THIS IS THE MOST PERFECT APP IN THE WORLD!but the problem is some times when you put the phone to your back like 5 seconds and the phone turns off that's the point why I gave 4 stars but it's so good 👍This app keeps saying I need to update it.

The ones i made seem a bit poor!I love the app it paired perfectly with my device im just worried, my partner lives in the uk and has iPhone and can't get the app is it nessairy for them to own it too in order for me to control the toy from Belgium? I haven't found any other app that worked even looked into ways to install the playstore on their phone but it didn't work, I would love some adviceIt was enjoyable easy to use it could have been a bit stronger.

1. Fix Vibrava Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibrava: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibrava App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibrava" » Open Vibrava: Vibrator App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibrava » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibrava: Vibrator App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibrava servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibrava: Vibrator App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibrava app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibrava might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibrava. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibrava then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibrava not working

2. Fix Vibrava Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibrava be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibrava not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibrava may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
