1. Although it recognizes your vehicle by VIN, it doesn't know what powertrain it has (?), so that when you want to view the maintenance schedule, you have to keep choosing the powertrain.
2. I'm able to access my info, set appointments and look up my Jeep's info without problems.**update:** This app just updated with "bug fixes," yet crashes upon login... again.
3. It needs to be critically updated and so does there systems and customer service.I was happy with how the app was working but all of a sudden it just stopped.
4. This app is literally useless in its current stateJust because you no longer support it doesn't mean you can't let us use it! It's far superior to the abortive remains you replaced it with falsely claiming it is better, easier, and has more features........lies lies lies all lies!!!!!Almost completely useless.
5. If it doesn't take your email address go to the sign in page and do forgot password with that email address.This app has potential but, that's where the positives end.
6. Perhaps there's a coding update needed to allow existing users to sign in after update and THEN go to terms requirement page... I think you have a slight hiccup.
7. No connectivity with the dealership, so although all dealerships can access service records, for some reason you have to add them manually to the app.
8. Also, the maintenance schedule in the app is different from that provided by Jeep to the dealership.
9. There is a section that allows you to input maintenance records but, after you input the data, the mileage is not stored.
10. Despite my efforts in calling customer service and providing the documents/proof they've requested every time nothing has change.
