8. Remote Vehicle Start not available on all vehicles.

1. With that said, my experience with the Uconnect features is still a bit premature and I guess over time, once I get the hand of it, my opinion of the system will improve.app is slow when performing a task, takes a long time to send a request to vehicle.
2. The remote start feature fails about 50% of the time, and when it works is extremely slow, but it takes so much longer to fail! Yesterday after two failures, it finally started when I was AT MY CAR! (11 min walk) Useless.
3. For instance, whenever I use the vehicle finder icon, the system automatically searches for the vehicle, and sometimes it works, and other times, it tells me that location information is not available although the vehicle is sitting right outside my driveway.
4. Very disappointed. While the intended functionality works most of the time, it takes a minimum of 90 seconds to perform any command from the app from when you select the command in the app.
5. The send to car navigation is fantastic. Not too happy about the changes made to the App from the previous version (especially not being able to send destination data through the app to the vehicle's nav system).
6. At least the app does what you ask it to do (start the car, unlock the doors, etc.), it just might feel like it takes a week for the thing to actually happen.Nicee to be able to start your car remotely on hot days, but this is the worst app I've ever used.
7. Difficult at times to update current charging status (sometimes the refresh button is there, sometimes it's not) I sure wish the App would just say if the vehicle is currently locked or not.
8. Also to update data/location you have to remote start the car & turn it off again.. But I'm not bothered by none of that because MY CAR HAS IT'S OWN APP❗😆❤️I bought a 2018 Durango a month ago.
9. I have used the other functions, and they all seem to work, and the vehicle finder feature is 50/50 at best.
10. My concern is how often the apps test coincide with the actual data and system checks of my vehicle.
11. After market products like the VIPER SMARTSTART system that I had installed in my 2011 Dodge RAM 1500 works better in my opinion.
