What users are saying

1. Don't waste your time on this. It's a great app that allows you to see different trail rated trails all through out the U.

2. However, back in May I was in Indiana and checked into a couple of trails and it is now the middle of November and the requests for badges still have not been processed and are stuck in the request stage.

3. So having an app that helps me find trails I had never even heard of is sweet and the ease of getting direction makes it perfect for trip planning.

4. I enjoyed and looked forward to traveling to different locations to do the Badge Of Honor trails.

5. Oh well, I tried it out and it doesn't work for me.December 2021...requested badge after completion of trail 26 at windrock.

6. Bad move! It's a cool concept and the first 2 trails I checked into I got badges mailed to me.

7. Requested the badge and while waiting I learned that you deleted all of the new trails.

8. Just got "Sorry you are not close enough to the trail." I took a bunch of photos using the app to document the trip and it only saved the first one.

9. There isn't much else to the app and will agree with others; it doesn't list many trails even in continental US.Honestly the fact that this app exist is just awesome.

10. This app in a way pulls you in to want to explore different trails in different states.

11. S.. I love how you can showcase the trails you've conquered with badges.

Yall suck and I mean bad. I requested my hidden falls badge about 26 weeks ago this is not an exaggeration you can look it up in the system. Not sure if yall know but that's half a year what are yall doing over there. I have heard of other people having issues with this not sure if is apart of jeep or farmed out but someone should be looking at hiring either new employees or another out source company. This is how bad yall suck my badge went from requested to processed or processing then back to requested no update since. If there is a materials shortage or supply chain issue I understand but someone could at least keep me informed of what's going on. This is honest embarrassing to me as a jeep owner and not just one jeep either I certainly don't want to be associated with yall. Jeep people are helpful and will go out of there way to help or assist a fellow jeeper. Yall have defiantly dropped the ball on this one. Sincerely Waiting patiently but not holding my breath.

I went to Hot Springs, Arkansas and rode all three trails on May 20, 2022 and have not received my badges. It doesn't usually take this long and just wanted to check and see how long it will take?

Hello. Over the years I’ve received 4 badges and I love them. I recently completed 2 badges in Tillamook Oregon at a Jeep Jamboree. Over the last 6 weeks, I’ve sent 3 emails trying to get those badges sent to me. I know I was required to signin to the Badge of Honor app once at the trailhead, but I couldn’t get a connection. Therefore I took pictures of the trail head signs and sent them. Like I said after three or four emails now I have gotten no response and received no badges. Can you help? Thank you!
