1. I can access information on my vehicle including the owners manual and check service records and recommend service at certain milage so I know what to expect when getting maintenance done.
2. Went back tried clicking link in the email again and it said "link expired, link valid for 72 hours", I had just received and clicked it a minute before.The records part keeps showing that it was unable to save my records.
3. Please fix this glitch.I love dodge as a company, but I got my 2016 dodge dart from golden oldies, and my navigation system doesn't work, granted I don't really need it, but this is my first car, I kinda want it to be perfect.
4. When I did select a dealer, the website link didn't do anything & tapping on directions said "your phone doesn't support Google maps" which is not true.
5. I installed app, I clicked register account, then the app said, "check your email to create account", I checked my email and clicked the link in the email that said, "continue account registration" and I got a message that said ....server unavailable.
6. Please fix !!!!!! App is fixed and work fine, customer service called also to check , plus they send me an email.
7. The reason for only three stars is the app crashes often when the log-in button is hit and I wish this would get fixed.Worthless, horrible app and this doesn't reflect well on Dodge.
8. I've been struggling with tech support for a month to get the maintenance schedule to work and it still doesn't.
9. When will the app being fixed? Called customer service, nice, trying to be helpful but , nothing changed.
10. It has my dealership information and am able to update my service myself for any maintenance I do on my own.
11. It just stop working about 6 months later.What little functionality this app has doesn't work.
