1. I feel like these intervals are skewed for the wrong age group.Does a bunch of stuff nobody cares about, does not do the important stuff the factory owners manual says it does like checking your state of charge, scheduling charging, interfacing with nest to charge during off peak electricity pricing and, most important to me, accessing the climate controls while charging so the car will be warm when I get in it.

2. Wish I'd never bought it.Missing the only thing I need: a list of the parts that need replacing regularly like wiper blades and light bulbs.I used to be able to log in and see how much charge it has but now I can't even log in.

4. When I try to use the app as a guest none of the links for parts and accessories work.App doesn't work anymore and won't sent reset password/New member emails.

5. I feel like a fool for buying a Chrysler product, they clearly don't care about their customers.Since the latest update the app crashes whenever I try to log in.

10. Why are there 2 Fiat apps?! Is there a difference? Will one soon be deactivated? Which one do I download? They both seem current but I cannot tell the difference.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MY FIAT Issues

1. Fix MY FIAT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MY FIAT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MY FIAT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MY FIAT" » Open MY FIAT » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MY FIAT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MY FIAT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MY FIAT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MY FIAT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MY FIAT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MY FIAT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MY FIAT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MY FIAT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MY FIAT not working


2. Fix MY FIAT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MY FIAT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MY FIAT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MY FIAT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
