1. Try again later".App doesn't function at all!I recently bought a new desk-top PC from BestBuy & added total tech support (for $199).
2. Any help for this? I have uninstalled, restarted my device, still no fix even though I am connected to my homes WiFi.I just bought a new computer from Best Buy.
3. But for some inexplicable reason it got installed on my android smart-phone (operator error?) So I tried to re-install it on my computer too but google play wouldn't allow me to do this.
4. Downloading this app saves me alot of time and helps me do things on my own without having to call the store first.what a joke.
5. This is not user friendly and I'm considering not shopping at best buy at all.This is truly a great app! But, the app keeps telling me that I am not connected to WiFi, so I cant use the feature to test or add devices from my WiFi.

7. I tried to get help through chat, after the initial greeting there was no response after 5 minutes so I called the toll free number.
8. I can track my GSP, schedule appointments, and have a direct link to Total Tech Support.
9. Paid $200 for Tech Support and was told it would provide for my Data transfer.
10. If you have total tech support, YOU NEED THIS.
11. I chatted online with an agent and they told me to report back to the store I bought it.
