It would be even more useful if it had a "night" display to preserve my night vision & also inculded a clinometer so that I could measure the angle my camera is pointing up at the sky off level.Tried a good few compasses before this one and they all either,wouldn't configure at all ,or,they were so inconsistent that they weren't worth having.

2. This one however ,not only works but has a decent spirit level and seems to be accurate.I would say go get it,definately!Great app to show earthquakes in southern california! Even shows the altitude change and speed at which the earth is rising/falling.

3. "Feedback & Contact" in the app just leads to sharing app details with your contacts - so sadly I have to write here instead, hoping for this finally being fixed.Excelent and easy to use.

4. found the normal 3 foot bubble level too cumbersome while using a wall jack.

1. Fix Compass Level & GPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Compass Level & GPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Compass Level & GPS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Compass Level & GPS" » Open Compass Level & GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Compass Level & GPS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Compass Level & GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Compass Level & GPS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Compass Level & GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Compass Level & GPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Compass Level & GPS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Compass Level & GPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Compass Level & GPS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Compass Level & GPS not working

2. Fix Compass Level & GPS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Compass Level & GPS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Compass Level & GPS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Compass Level & GPS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
