Why should I report an Issue with IronPlanet?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It worked fine for a year and a half, but now it's no good.Horrible app, won't even let me put my location in so I can find items local to me, if you want to look at a item its takes you out of the app to the website, the app is pointless im unistalling itAs of October 2020 the app is worse than the mobile site.

It's hard to know if you did went through it's very difficult always shows me in North Carolina so I never know my actual distance until I research it myself I've called and talked to him it doesn't help they don't tell you if you're winning bitter sometimes for 48 hours so you can'Every time I look for things on the app, it shows zero found.

3. Identical items sometimes are offered on eBay cheaper.It will not connect with the server.

4. The app does show what I'm watching but I downloaded the app to browse.Love it but..... Individual pictures stopped loading up around 9/2020.

5. Generally..cheap items sell too high and big$$ items sell cheap.

6. I don't see the point.Useful access to sales of surplus iitems in bulk and for low prices.

7. It's one of the most difficult apps I've ever used when you bid on something you don't know if you're winning better till just about 10 minutes before it's over it's hard to verify that you that you did went through.

8. I'll bet it's making more than a few people very wealthy.Good prices for commercial used equipment.

9. That sucks big time, gotta go through web browser to get them pictures displayed.

10. I would recommend NOT downloading the app until there has been a complete overhaul for Android.Analog app.

1. Fix IronPlanet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IronPlanet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IronPlanet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IronPlanet" » Open IronPlanet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IronPlanet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IronPlanet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IronPlanet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IronPlanet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IronPlanet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IronPlanet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IronPlanet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IronPlanet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IronPlanet not working

2. Fix IronPlanet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IronPlanet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IronPlanet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IronPlanet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
