1. Thanks for nothingI paid and managed the subscription with Google Play, and recently for the past three months, I have been unable to access the content of the app because I couldn't get past the paywall.

2. All of a sudden I try to go into the app and it says that I have to re-subscribe and my account has been suspended even though I've paid for it on time even for this current month.

3. I will never use another QuickBooks product again.Being able to track things like depreciation and home office expenses is important for the day-to-day health of my business, not just for tax time.

9. This has been an issue for a very long time and the only workaround is to clear data and set the stupid app up again.

10. No matter how great this app is in other areas, it's pretty much worthless now that my invoices look so unprofessional.

11. Tired of it.Always Crashing! This app is absolute garbage, I wish there was some other company that produced a self employed financial app like this.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QBSE Issues

1. Fix QBSE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QBSE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QBSE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QBSE" » Open QBSE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QBSE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QBSE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QBSE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QBSE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QBSE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QBSE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QBSE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QBSE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QBSE not working


2. Fix QBSE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QBSE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QBSE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QBSE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
