1. even made the appointment with my service center for the next day! So after having it removed MVD sends me a notice that I must reinstall the device and start all over from day one ! Saying it must be for a whole year and they could care less ! 👎👎Absolute trash.

2. The signal didn't work.i had to drive back to the place that installed it wrong.the car was there all day .Can't login (even though my password has always been saved) and when I try to reset the password, I'm redirected to an error page.

3. Don't try customer service, they just waste your time and say they can't do anything, that's after you wait forever to even talk to someone.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use Intoxalock.

4. Given that this is a State requirement...DO BETTER! I may change to another device simply because of your bargain basement support, service and resources.

5. I drove home .then called them up.they said I had to pay 70 dollars to send a signal to reset the device because it wasn't installed properly.

6. You send an email but no response is it from the application!!!!!!!! Why do i have to call in when in other apps i can be in an instant messaging an associate live and without any wait time.

8. Device works, only upside.First off, if you don't have 2,000 dollars put aside for this money hungry app.

1. Fix Intoxalock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Intoxalock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Intoxalock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intoxalock" » Open Intoxalock: Ignition Interlock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intoxalock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Intoxalock: Ignition Interlock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intoxalock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intoxalock: Ignition Interlock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Intoxalock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intoxalock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Intoxalock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intoxalock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intoxalock not working

2. Fix Intoxalock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Intoxalock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Intoxalock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Intoxalock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
