iSolved Go Customer Insights

1. It seems like every other day I cant log in, or can't connect to server, or heres a new one "no data connectio" when im trying to reset my password when im using my company's wifi.

2. The app says it needs to text or email you a temporary code, and it does, but when you enter the code, it doesn't work and let you back into the app, it just presents you with the screen to send another code.

3. I've had no problem with my cellular service, so it had to be an app issue.It used to work well and i liked being able to check my hours and accept my hours on my days off.

4. I find that using a computer for this is very difficult as the set up is so different and more complicated where as the app was so easy to navigate.It works pretty well, but there are quirks.

5. However, randomly after a couple months, I went to clock out and it gave me the "unable to contact the server.." error.

6. I have been using the app for awhile with mostly no issues but it has recently started saying "unable to communicate with the server".

7. I have cleared cache, data, uninstalled app and reinstalled, but cannot get it to work.

8. Exactly every 30 days I have to clear all app data and re-login so the app/server will send me a new two-step authentication code.

9. The error message says its unable to connect to the server.

10. I've had to login on a computer for the last few months! Going to give up on this app!Gets caught in a verification loop, it's obnoxious.

11. No amount of clearing the cache, force quit etc fixes this and the only option is to reinstall.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iSolved Go Issues

1. Fix iSolved Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iSolved Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iSolved Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSolved Go" » Open iSolved Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSolved Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iSolved Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSolved Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSolved Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iSolved Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSolved Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iSolved Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSolved Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSolved Go not working


2. Fix iSolved Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSolved Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSolved Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSolved Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
