Why should I report an Issue with IMC?

2. I really hate World PAC's mobile app as it only gives access to their flawed mobile web interface, but it's still more useful than this IMC app.Can't search parts with year and model ? Graphics are very immature! Looks like they need to hire better developers it doesn't even look like any professional designed app at all.

3. If I'm on the go and not at the shop, it would be great to be able to order parts for my techs while I'm gone.

1. Fix IMC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IMC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IMC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IMC" » Open IMC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IMC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IMC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IMC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IMC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IMC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IMC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IMC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IMC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IMC not working

2. Fix IMC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IMC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IMC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IMC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
