iHealth Test Customer Insights

1. It would be better to have a summarized instruction list & optional timer for repeat users to click thru.I prefer to read paper instructions over watching the equivalent videos, and this app makes recording test results the most painful process possible.

2. Just give me a list of instructions. There are detailed instructions included in the box, this app provides step by step video instructions and a convenient timer indicating when to check the test results.

3. This is pretty important since the instructions mentions possible false results after 30 minutes, otherwise the app is very handy for holding the history of your results and the ability to report your result to the CDC.Test kit is easy to use, entering results is a bit ridiculous.

4. The videos appear each time you open the app, however after you become familiar with the process, you can simply advance to the next step in the video, which is a simple enough workaround instead of watching the step-by-step video process.

5. My Android phone did go to sleep while the timer was on, but when I checked it with 8:05 remaining, it didn't go to sleep again.Easy to follow directions accompanied by videos.

6. The timer is nice; you can leave the app open but do other activities on your device and it keeps working.Easy to use with clear instructions.

7. Very annoying that if the entire family tests at the same time you need to wait 15+ mins for each persons results.

8. Where's the option to say that I can read and don't need obnoxious videos? It doesn't exist.Very easy to use.

9. -very nice that it keeps a record of your tests w/dates and results: in case you need to show proof somewhere, or just remember when you had the last one -CDC data collection is available, but totally optionalUpdated.

10. Helpful videos & has timer notification that works even if you switch apps while waiting.

11. I don't need a bunch of autoplaying videos that force my phone in to full screen and don't let me back out of it, won't let me skip to the next screen because of a pop up.
